Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or playing Infinity Wings - Space Shooter ("the Game") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the Game, or use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized tools.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Virtual currencies and items (such as gems, gold, equipment and aircraft) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your device, and are subject to that store's refund policy. Some features give randomized rewards; drop rates are shown in the Game before each draw.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or reset accounts involved in cheating, fraud, chargeback abuse or violation of these terms.
5. Advertising
The Game shows ads from third-party networks. Rewards for watching ads are given only when the ad is completed.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature, and these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or virtual items.
