Delete your account and data

Option 1: In the game (email accounts)

Open the Game and open the cloud account panel.
Tap Delete account and enter your password to confirm.

Your cloud save, session and login account are deleted immediately. Progress stored on this device stays; to remove it, uninstall the Game or clear its data.

Option 2: By email (any account, including guest/anonymous)

Send an email to kcdenaha@gmail.com with the subject "Infinity Wings - Delete account" and include:

the email address of your game account, or
the Google Play order number (GPA.xxxx) or App Store order ID (shown in your Apple receipt email) of a purchase you made, or the approximate date you first played and your device model.

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Login account (anonymous ID, email and password).
Cloud save: game progress, items, currencies, settings, installation ID.
Purchase records linked to your player ID in our services.

What may be kept

Transaction records held by Google Play, Apple and our payment processor (RevenueCat) may be retained for up to the period required by tax, accounting and fraud-prevention laws. Data collected by advertising partners is governed by their own policies; you can reset your advertising ID in device settings.
